Please be aware of our policy regarding cancellations / no-shows and our refund policy. We really appreciate your courtesy in advising us as soon as possible to any changes to your booking to minimise the impact to our staff, patients and providers.
Initial Consultations
Skin treatments
We offer a range of initial skin care consultations, each including a skin analysis. Depending on your preference, we provide different levels of detail in our consultations to suit your needs.
Cosmetic treatments
The initial consultation for non-surgical cosmetic treatments is complimentary. A booking deposit will be required following the consultation for any appointments you’d like to proceed with.
Booking deposit
Skin treatments - $50 | Cosmetic treatments - $100
Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required for all skin and cosmetic treatments to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures that your spot is reserved exclusively for you and allows us to prepare for your visit. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your appointment.
Cancellations / no-shows
- Please be advised that any cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and a $50 cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to
accommodate you in the time remaining, or reschedule for another suitable time.
