CLINIC POLICY
Booking deposit

Skin treatments - $50 | Cosmetic treatments - $100

A non-refundable deposit is required for all skin and cosmetic treatments to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures that your spot is reserved exclusively for you and allows us to prepare for your visit. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your appointment.

Cancellations / No-shows

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring we can dedicate ample time and attention for the highest quality of care. We kindly request prompt notification for any changes, as no-shows, late arrivals and cancellations impact our staff and other patients. Thank you for your understanding.

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may require a change in schedule and request that you provide 48 hours’ notice prior to
your appointment to discuss alternative arrangements.

Our policy for cancellations / no-shows:

- If you change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment, or if you do not attend your booking, the booking deposit will be forfeited.

- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and a $50 cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to accommodate you in the time remaining, or reschedule for another suitable time.

Refunds

The Face Collective does not provide refunds on purchases or booking fees for change or mind. Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skin treatments The Face Collective will not provide refunds under any circumstances unless required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law under which The Face Collective guarantees its products and services. These guarantees include providing services:

- with due care and skill;
- which are fit for purpose; and
- within a reasonable time.

Suitability for cosmetic injectables and skin treatments

We want to provide the best service possible to all clients and your satisfaction is our priority.

To assist in providing you with the best care, we ask that you provide us with the most complete information during in clinic consultations and your consent forms. You are responsible for advising us of any factors that may impact your treatment. A consultation takes place prior to all treatments, during which the treatment may be deemed unsuitable to you.

We may request photo ID to ensure clients are over the age of 18 and we reserve the right to decline treatment if this is not provided.

The Face Collective reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time.

Code of conduct

The Face Collective has zero tolerance for aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public within our clinic. We expect that all staff, clients and members of the public who correspond with us or attend our clinic are treated with courtesy and respect.

We reserve the right to cease the relationship with any aggressive or violent persons, and request the person to leave our clinic immediately. Continued aggression or abuse will result in the matter being referred to the police.
